Saturday Stuff

Mugsy and Pixie are a little wound up this morning...Pixie is engaging in ottoman surfing...

"Mom...he's touching me!"

Mugsy is throwing a temper tantrum in the hope that it will get him a treat...or two!

Thanks for all of the kind words about Bob's shelving project...he finished up the project by making this piece to display all of our scary Czech puppets, it fits in the top part of the shelves.

I finally got around to doing some scrapping last night...

I then pondered the question "why do all of the good concerts come to town all at once?!" as I ordered tickets to see Gogol Bordello..they have been on my list of I don't care when or where they come I am going to see them...Bob doesn't seem nearly as excited but I am hoping that seeing them live will convert him to their wonderfulness...if not I may be looking for someone else to take with me :)

Finally I sewed up about a gazillion fabric yo-yos with no particular plan for them...

Then I decided that they would jazz up this new top nicely

I have a few extra yo-yos that I would love to give to a Mugsy Boo reader...just leave me a comment letting me know how you would use them and Mugsy will pick a random winner on Monday evening.

Love the layout Martha. I think those yoyos would be adorable attached to clips and used to keep my 2 year olds hair out of her face!

Those yo yo's would look great attached to my black and white skull purse.
I love your taste...I am also addicted to anything with skulls, and I used to own an adorable pug, Ava.

My 14--year-old dd, Hannah, would love those yoyo's! She's making homemade Valentines this year along with her bf, the foreign exchange student from Japan. Yui is experiencing Valentine's Day for the first time, and she is very excited to make and hand out her first real Valentine's cards. The yoyo's would be the perfect touch! BTW--Love the dresses you made awhile ago--we all got a good chuckle here over Pixie in her finery. :)

Buster was sun-bathing today. He loves to sit in front of the window.

Yo-yos, I don't think I've ever used them before. So I might use them on a LO or steal your idea.

awwwww I love the new mast head! I really think Mugsy and Pixie are missing their bff Aine. ;) And you got Mugsy mid "discussion" that is AWESOME!

Aine has been in rare form as well today - luckily no mustard in sight!

I love what Bob did to the puppets! Btw did you get a new one? And I love the layout of the picture! (I still think you should do another version of Mugsy going NA NA NAHHHHAAAA to Pixie. LOl She looks so UPSET!)

So if Mugsy picked my name, I would use the beautiful yoyos for Aine's latest sewing creation - on the back of her coat or dress.

OH! meant to add.... You should see if you can post a video of Mr. M. Boo "talking". IT is really so CUTE and funny at the same time. If you like - next time I am out there I can bring my digi video/camera.

Also love how you added the yo yo's to your top and sorry I don't know the band *embarrassed*.

Just love those little yo yo's. I'd probably use them on an outfit for a little girl. I'm into making outfits for her these days :)
Your dogs are so adorable, cute, cute. and.. just love the colors on your layout, you did an awesome job!

Hmmmm, how would I use those yoyos? They'd look adorable on a plain t-shirt. They'd also look great on a scrapbook page or card. Maybe I could even convince my cat to let me clip one in her hair.

I look to your blog every day to see what's new with Mugsy and Pixie. They make me LOL! I think the yoyos would look great on Tula (the cat) and Piper (the lab) collars. Just a touch of bling!

What's your new tattoo?

I picked up a vintage camel colored wool peacoat at a thrift store recently that could use a little spot of color. Those yo-yo's would be super cute on it!

Yoda McLovin' can't wait to see Mugsy and Pixie's Valentine.

Bob's puppets look like they have a cool home now...fun! (Bob needs a Jack Skeleton one, eh?)

As for your cute yo-yo's...they could dress up my camera bag, fo sho!

OMG, I just love your babies! Whenever Nora wants stuff, she "pops wheelies" and grumbles her little head off. Way too cute I must say.

So, let's see the tattoo up close! Wow! It looks like that space right in the crook of your arm must've been a bitch to work on. OUCH! Beth is STILL recovering from her full sleeve!

Yo yo's? Gosh, I think I would put them on the hats that I'm making for the children at my church. Or I'd steal your idea and put them on the straps of my tops. Or Nora would probably like one attached to her harness. Her harness is pink (hint, hint).

Will trade glass for yo yo's!
Have a great week, Leslie
