A Very Quiet Week

This has been such a quiet relaxing week, therefore I have been slacking on the blogging :) We have been quite busy at work getting ready for Christmas...

















I have been playing around with some pics trying to come up with an idea for our Christmas card...


























and I played around a little more with my November My Favorite Memories kit

















We just got back from taking the pugs for a walk to Starbucks, mmmmmmmm caramel apple cider, so they are about to settle down for a nap and I am going to do some scrapping.

...and I started working with my November My Favorite Memories kit this morning, love the touch of blue with the festive colors in this kit, here is a small sneaky peek

Mugsy and Pixie heard rumors of the deliciousness that was being served up in the kitchen and came in to see if they could have a little taste. Mugsy was a little hesitant...

My First Crop

So this weekend I went to my first crop ever! A bunch of us girls from over at
SIStv met up for an Illinois/Wisconsin crop, it was so fun to finally get to meet everyone in person. I was terrified that I wasn't going to have everything I needed so I kind of way overpacked, Bob had given me a Joann's gift card a couple of months ago so between it and a coupon I got a sweet deal on this....
























I had to Martha-fy it with Jack Skellington of course :)

Speaking of cool people that I got to meet, I got to scrap next to Elly!

I can't believe how much I got done! I did my next Category Stories LO, I did 2 more LOs with the October My Favorite Memories kit and did a couple for myself

A Scrapbooker's Worst Nightmare...

A paper stealing pug! As I am trying to pack everything I own to go to the SIS crop this weekend, Pixie has been randomly darting into my room and stealing bits and bobs of paper and other embellishments. Here she is running off with a piece of scalloped cardstock...



















She thinks she is safe under the dining table, for some reason she thinks it's like an invisibility cloak and I won't be able to see her under there

















A tug of war ensues, not that there is much use for a wet & soggy piece of cardstock now :)
