First of all, the first idea gallery for October is up at My Favorite Memories. As a full fledged DT member (yay!), I got to participate in a couple of challenges for the first round of the gallery, the first one was to do a LO about candy so I scrapped my Oogie Boogie candy dish...
The second challenge was to use the Bazzill scalloped cardstock on a LO...
^^^ I think I had several outfits in this exact same color combo in the 80's...ack!
O.k., more exciting stuff, the new challenge is up at Category Stories and it's all about guilty pleasure...we know you have one and we want you to share it with us! Mine is my addiction to the tramp-tacular show Rock Of Love, my brain tells me to turn it off, but I just can't, it's such a trainwreck! I love it :)
Only 3 more days and I have a few days off from work..woo-hoo! This weekend is the IL/WI SIStv crop, so it will definitely take me a day (or so!) to figure out what to pack and bring as this is my first crop ever...I feel as if I need to bring everything. I am so excited that I will get to meet the super cool Elly as she is coming down from Wisconsin for the crop...good times :)

I was SOOO rooting for Samantha, but she's too good for him anyway. Jes was my second fave though, so I'm still happy. I love these tacky shows... I have to admit, me and the hubs are looking forward to the return of New York... ugh! *hangs head in shame and slopes off*

I hear you about Rock of Love--I couldn't miss an episode. Rumor has it that Jes and Bret are already "kaput"--bummer! I thought for sure it was true love (said in most sarcastic tone). BTW, I love how you can use ANY kit and make it look fabulous--you are definitely one gifted scrapper. :) I'm always inspired.

Holy smokes, Martha!!! I wish I had known you were watching "Rock of Love." We could have sooo been doing some "Rock Star Supernova-esque" emails back & forth. That show is my guilty pleasure, too, and I even got Dom into it. I was actually talking about that show @ the gym tonight, and the instructor heard me and asked, "Is that the raunchy version of 'The Bachelor'"? I felt like saying, "No. It's the non-prude version, beee-yatch" By the way, I love, love, love the candy dish layout! I'm all hyper now after seeing all of this Martha eye candy.
